A.J. Silberman & Company is a wholesale supplier of cigarettes, candy, snacks, tobacco, beverages, frozen foods, deli products, and home and beauty care products. Located in Indianola , Pennsylvania , we provide professional service to businesses throughout Western Pennsylvania and parts of Ohio and West Virginia.

With a keen eye on the future, brothers Alfred and Joseph Silberman began the business in 1935 in the back room of their father's retail grocery store in Rankin, Pennsylvania. The young entrepreneurs started out with just $7 and a red wagon, selling thread, thimbles, lotions, and candy to local businesses.

From these humble beginnings, A.J. Silberman & Company has grown to be a progressive company serving over 2,200 customers, including convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, newstands, gift shops, and colleges. Though a much larger business now than the young Silberman brothers could have ever imagined, our company's founding philosophy remains the same. The needs of our customers always come first.
